Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain kefir unsweetened
  • 1 banana ripe
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional, for fiber
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon optional, for flavor
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional, for texture

Method
 

  1. Add Kefir: Pour 1 cup of plain kefir into the blender.
  2. Add Fruits: Add banana and frozen berries.
  3. Sweeten (Optional): Add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  4. Boost Nutrition: Add chia seeds and cinnamon, if using.
  5. Blend: Add ice cubes and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  6. Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
