  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt probiotic-rich
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger optional for digestion
  • 3 –4 ice cubes
