- In a small bowl or glass, combine the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Add grated ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and honey (if using).
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of water or coconut water to dilute and mix thoroughly.
- Whisk or stir well until everything is evenly blended.
- Pour into a shot glass and drink immediately.
- Optionally, refrigerate for 5–10 minutes to chill before consuming.
