Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1/2 green apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger optional
  • Ice cubes optional, for texture

Method
 

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Add spinach, banana, apple, and frozen fruit to the blender.
  3. Pour in almond milk and add Greek yogurt.
  4. Add chia seeds and ginger, if using.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
  6. Taste and adjust thickness by adding more liquid or ice.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for freshness.
